Although the company consumes a lot of energy,the main energy-consuming raw materials are yellow phosphorus,electricity and coal,but the energy-saving measures adopted in recent years are nearly perfect.Three geoelectric power produces yellow phosphorus,yellow phosphorus produces phosphoric acid produces steam,and then uses it for formic acid.Guangxi has a better energy-saving effect.Yellow phosphorus tail gas is used as hexasodium.After hexasodium polymerization,steam is produced.More than 100 degrees Celsius is used to concentrate wet pentasodium solution.Finally,it is discharged at 70-80 degrees.Pentasodium tail gas is used to concentrate wet process.Our utilization of heat energy has reached the extreme point.This technology only exists in CD.The company has done a lot of meticulous work on energy saving,which is the condition for the company to survive.CD started by comprehensive utilization,and the cost was controlled to the maximum extent.
